No error message on JupyterHub installation failure.
I clicked the Install button for JupyterHub and waited. After a while, the button changed to "Uninstall" and a
nip.io URL appeared. So I assumed Jupyter Hub was up and running. But when I went to the URL I got a 503 error.
kubectl and the Google Cloud console, I could see that the pods ended up in “Pending” state because the cluster was too small. I added a node to the cluster and JupyterHub started up correctly.
It seems like the installed could verify that the pods started up, and present a simple failure message to the user.
