Analytics options disappearing from the header for view port under 1190px X 466px

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab in any browser (edge, safari or chrome)
  2. Login to gitlab account
  3. Maximize the browser window. Observe "Analytics" option is show in header next to "Snippets"
  4. Reduce the browser view port anything between 1190px X 466px to 960px X 466px
  5. Observe that "Analytics" option will disappear from the header and not shown anywhere else in the screen.
  6. Change the view port lower than 960px X 466px
  7. Observe that "Analytics" options will appear now under "More" dropdown
