Filtering Todos by "Design" does not work

Summary

When viewing a Todo list, it's possible to filter Todos by Type.

Selecting Design returns all Todos.

Steps to reproduce

1. On a design management design, @mention yourself to create a new Todo
2. Visit your Todos list
3. From the drop-down filters at the type, for Type choose Design

What is the current bug behavior?

Todos are not filtered at all.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Only Todos for designs should display.
