Real-time notifications of mentions on open merge requests
Problem to solve
When I am working on a merge request at the same time as another person and we mention each other, we might not notice because we are indifferent areas of the merge request. This slows down the feedback cycle because I won't realize until I next check my to dos. And I might not even have a todo since making a comment will resolve any todos for that merge request.
If I new I had just been mentioned, I would reply immediately rather than context switching to a different task. This would reduce cycle time and make it easier to have conversations in the issue rather than in Slack.

If I am logged in, and I have the tab open for a merge request, show me a notification of any direct mentions.
