Option to hide comment pins in design view

Problem to solve

In the design view, you might have a lot of pinned comments covering an image. This gets particularly bothersome when you have a pin covering a small part of the design you're actually talking about. This design might change too, but the pins might still cover what was changed. We should be able to "toggle" the visibility of the pins.
