Scanner filter on pipeline security tab does not filter results
Summary
The Scanner filter available on the Pipeline Security tab is not filtering the results of the report based on the filter selected.
Steps to reproduce
Navigate to a pipeline that contains results from a security scan. Select the Security tab. Choose a scanner from the Scanner filter dropdown menu. Observe that despite the scanner selected from the filter's dropdown menu.

What is the current bug behavior?
The filter does not reduce the results in the security report to only reflect the findings from the designated scanner.
What is the expected correct behavior?
Selecting a scanner from the dropdown should filter the results of the security report to only display findings from the designated scanner.
