Releases prev/next pagination button return incorrect results

Summary

The previous/next buttons at the bottom of the Releases page return incorrect results.

Steps to reproduce

• Navigate to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/releases
• Click the Next button twice
• Click the Prev button

What is the current bug behavior?

Clicking the Prev button does not return to page #2.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Clicking the Prev button should return the same results as clicking the Next button once.
