Include merge request details in Pipeline API

Proposal

A 160 seats starter customer has a request to include merge request details in the Pipeline API. As of now, details of pipelines associated with an MR is exposed through Merge Requests API. But if someone wants to delete all pipelines except the ones associated with an MR, they have to query the API a few times and filter out the results manually before deleting them.
