Autoscroll in an issue doesn't work as expected

Summary

After clicking on a ToDo where someone pinged me in an issue, going to that issue creates drastic lag time before autoscrolling to the comment mentioned, and even then, the comment doesn't appear in view. In this example, the comment is far below where I was scrolled to, and a fellow Product Designer said she often has to scroll up to see the comment.

lag___scroll_bug

Steps to reproduce

Go to a ToDo where someone commented and pinged you in a large issue with many comments.

Example Project

What is the current bug behavior?

Lag time and scrolls to a comment not related to ToDo
