make Audit Events track when group is invited as a member of group/project

Problem

Currently, Audit Events doesn't record when a group is invited or removed from another group/project member while it track whenever users are added or removed from group/project member. This is a problem because there's no way to know whether another group was invited/removed in the subscription group even though these event affect the subscription seats consumption.

Proposal

We should have ADD and REMOVE "actions" that's similar to users_access "actions" in the audit events as it helps reviewing group/project seats usage history.
