Support for Keyboard Shortcuts in Search Results

Problem to solve

GitLab's search results provide results in 9 difference tabs (w/advanced search) but offers no keyboard shortcuts to select different types of results, requiring a mouse/trackpad to cycle through the type of results they want to look at. This is a point of contention for our users who are trying to increasingly use GitLab, but whom for ergonomic reasons prefer to use a keyboard exclusively for navigating.

Proposal

Add keyboard shortcuts to allow a user to toggle which search results are showed on the search page.
