GitHub Import - Wrong user link on username hover after import

Summary

After import from GitHub, hovering over username in a Commit shows the wrong hyperlink.

Steps to reproduce

• set the public email address in GitHub SaaS for importing to GitLab self-managed
• run the import
• the repo history is showing the author user, but when hovering over their name it shows mailto:name@github.com instead of the user GitLab activity page, i.e. gitlab.com/moehow65
• this works when hovering over the same name in an Issue, MR and MR comments
