Problem to solve

In #325712 (closed), we implemented a label to distinguish Enterprise users. Customers want to be able to easily find users that are not Enterprise. This will allow group owners to know which users they have administrative rights to.

Proposal

Allow filtering by Enterprise/Non-Enterprise Users in the members list.
