Ops Dashboard Reference to `Current Project` is confusing

Summary

When looking at a project in the Ops Dashboard, a hover over the current pipeline has some strange language. It references "Current Project" which doesn't make sense in the context of the dashboard given that it is already underneath or scoped to a specific project.
