Upgrade to 12.3.2 issue: 404 assets icons-d2ccb0e13086d398012c6c445cbd9fc0ed64fb5278cafd89f8be8e0a33a85383.svg

Hello,

After upgrading to 12.3.2 as advised from the security message, I am unable to see the top icons; when looking at the log file gitlab_access.log I see the following line appear:

"GET /assets/icons-d2ccb0e13086d398012c6c445cbd9fc0ed64fb5278cafd89f8be8e0a33a85383.svg HTTP/1.0" 404 19 "https://mysite/dashboard/activity" "Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:69.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/69.0"

I've tried restarting gitlab, unicorn and sidekiq but the issue persists.
