Design Activity should be supported on Project, Group and User Activity Pages

Problem

Activity from Designs should be captured in the project, group and user activity feed pages so that people can see all contributions made.

Currently, design comments are posted to the activity feed but Design activity is not.

Proposal

1. Show Design Activity on Group, User and Project Activity pages:
   • Example Group Page: https://gitlab.com/groups/gitlab-org/-/activity
   • Example Project Page: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/activity
   • User profile: https://gitlab.com/cdybenko

2. Add a new Designs Filter tab to the on Projects and Group activities:
   • Example Group Page: https://gitlab.com/groups/gitlab-org/-/activity
   • Example Project Page: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/activity
     
     
3. Implement new activity posts for:
   • Creating a new Design
   • Updating a Design (revision)
   • Archiving a Design <-- @alexkalderimis @mnearents is this normal to show deletions in the other activity pages?
