Follow-up from "Consolidate CycleAnalytics and ValueStreamAnalytics namespaced i18n strings"

We have a mixture of strings externalized under the CycleAnalytics namespace, we should consolidate these under ValueStreamAnalytics as well as update any new i18n strings without a namespace.

  I'm a little confused by this. We only added this translation string in this MR, but as far as I can tell it's only referenced in a spec. Why does this work?
