Jump to Designs Thread via comment marker

Problem to solve

In designs with many comments it can be hard to find the correct conversation thread for the comment marker.

Proposal

Clicking on an existing design comment marker should scroll the comments box to the appropriate comment thread for easier navigation of the discussion.
