Multiple colors for Design comment marker

Problem to solve

The design comment marker is only available in Blue. This can cause issues with designs that have that as a primary color as the marker may not be seen. Multiple users who make comments on designs can not easily distinguish their comments from others as all are identified with the same color.

Proposal

The comment marker in designs should support multiple colors either randomly or through user preference (UX Decision TBD). The comment markers should also be unique per person and have an option to be changed if they clash with the background.
