Remove unicorn from gitlab in 14.0 release

We are dropping the support of Unicorn in 14.0 release, which we have announced in prior release note post, gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com!74509 (merged)

This issue is to clean up gitlab project as indicated in &5930 (comment 566798176)
