Show CodeQuality annotations inline in WebIDE
Release notes
Problem to solve
As a developer, I want to see static analysis data in the web IDE, so I can address tech debt issues in areas i'm working as early as possible.
Intended users
- Sasha (Software Developer) - Who is adding functionality to an existing file and wants to leave the code base better than they found it by removing some small areas of tech debt.
User experience goal
The user should be able to see violations in the WebIDE of an existing branch when the data is available.
Proposal
Use the pipeline artifact from the last commit in the base branch to annotate the file similar to what was done for the diff in the MR Diff to show the data.
