Add syntax highlighting to markdown source in Issue/MR write section

Proposal

currently the markdown is not colorized in the issue/MR this makes it hard to understand when you have a template

this can be made much easier to read if it was colorized I simply cropped an image from Gitlab WebIDE to show an example

as you can see this is much easier to read
