Remove references to GitLab Managed Applications from Protect documentation

Problem to solve

As described in &4280, GMAv1 (i.e. "one click install") has ben deprecated and is in the process of being removed. The GMAv2 approach, also known as CI/CD or "cluster management project", is still supported but we need to update the documentation to adhere to the guideline below:

@nagyv-gitlab: we’ll change the nomenclature here from GitLab Managed Apps to Cluster Management Project., as these are not managed apps.

The following documentation pages need to be updated:

  1. https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/project/clusters/protect/container_network_security/quick_start_guide.html
  2. https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/clusters/applications.html
  3. https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/project/clusters/protect/container_host_security/quick_start_guide.html

Proposal

Cluster applications

https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/clusters/applications.html

Modify where it says:

Support for installing the X managed application is provided by the GitLab Container Security group …

To say:

The Container Security group provides GitLab integration support for X …

Confirm removal of: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/clusters/applications.html#fluentd (everything under https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/clusters/applications.html#install-with-one-click is being removed; see TBD).

Quick-start guide

https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/project/clusters/protect/container_network_security/quick_start_guide.html

Remove references to "GMAv1" and "GMAv2" (e.g.: "Install the Ingress node via CI/CD (GMAv2)")

Remove section: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/project/clusters/protect/container_network_security/quick_start_guide.html#using-gmav1-with-gmav2
