Cannot create fork after deleting first & only fork, only "go to your fork" available

1. Create fork of project
2. delete newly created fork
3. goto original project and try to fork again

only "go to your fork" is available through the menu-icon.

Adding "/-/forks/new" to the address bar let me create a new fork.

At the time of writing I cannot create a new fork of any repository, not even not with the "/-/forks/new" workaround.
