Comments in issues and MRs are sometimes displayed in a messy way

Summary

In some cases, the comment block in issues and merge requests is shown in a messy way: Screen_Shot_2019-09-29_at_13.38.03

Steps to reproduce

Link to this example above: #32569 (comment 222445090) (it is not reproducible in 100% of cases, but if I reload that page I see this problem from time to time consistently).

A couple of notes:

  • I reproduced it with all my Chrome extensions disabled,
  • but I saw this only when I logged in as a user. In "guest" mode, I never saw it.

MacOS 10.14.6, Chrome Version 77.0.3865.90 (Official Build) (64-bit)
