Update GitLab-EE/CE repo for OpenSUSE Leap 15.1

Hello, i am using GitLab-CE on opensuse Leap 15.1 and every time i do a update have to reinstall gitlab-ce, because after the update, the program disappear or is remove.

Too: For a user can install Gitlab-EE/CE on leap 15.1, need to change the file /etc/os-release 15.1 to 15.0 for the script install the repo that is for the 15.0 version
