Revaluate the tabs headings on the pipeline index page

🧩 Problem

On the pipeline index page, the tabs headings Branches and Tags do not clearly communicate what users should expect to see under these.

ℹ️ Background

In the issue #219276 (closed) we improved the usability of the pipeline index page by removing headings Running, Pending to avoid duplicating the UI functionalities.

🌈 Proposal

• Revaluate the requirement for the existing tabs Finished Branches and Tags
• Once validated, improve the UI text to clearly communicate the purpose to align with user's expectations
