Modal actions unreachable on security dashboard mobile

Summary

When viewing more info on a vulnerability on smaller screens you can't access the action buttons.

Steps to reproduce

Visit a security dashboard on your mobile or small screened device and tap on a vulnerability to open the more info modal.

What is the current bug behavior?

The modal is larger than the screen and you can't scroll it along so the action buttons become inaccessible.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Ideally, the modal should shrink to fit the width of the screen, but simply allowing it to scroll would still be an improvement.
