Proposal

Audit a subset of pages to determine how dynamic content is communicated (or not) to all users

Background

Similar to the top-40 page button effort, it could be helpful to audit the top-40 pages (or likely a smaller subset) to test things like page titles and how dynamic content is communicated (or not) for all users.
