Docs feedback: Webhook instructions too specific, should be generic

The "Configure a webhook to trigger an immediate pull to GitLab" section is written as if both repos are on separate GitLab instances, yet this wasn't the perspective used in the previous sections for uni-directional mirroring. It's difficult to follow as a beginner. I believe it should be written more generically so the instructions can be applied any brand of git server.
