Autocomplete User in the Search bar when "@" is used

Overview

Global Search is the only way to search for users. This is the 5th most common scope used in Global Search today.

Proposal

When "@" is typed as the first character, the results for Users should be prominent or listed first.

Clicking on an autocomplete entry would go directly yo the profile page of that person.

Addtionl Uses

Additionally, as search adds filters for the user, "@" with a profile name should identify the filter for the user and automatically filter to that experience.
