Display chaos metrics

Problem to solve

#32848 will provide a method to easily use chaos with Auto DevOps, however, surfacing the data resulting from the chaos is still a manual process that user must execute in cluster or through looking at logs.

Display some default metrics in operations>>metrics, under Chaos, these can include:

  1. Pods killed over period of time
  2. Application downtime
  3. MTTR (mean time to recover)
