JIRA service template shows incorrect JIRA links in existing projects

Summary

If we configure the JIRA service template, all the existing projects have the JIRA button on the left toolbar pointing to the project itself.

Steps to reproduce

  • Configure the JIRA service template Admin Area > Service Templates > Jira.
  • Go to an existing project.
  • Click on the JIRA button.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Not show any Jira button on the existing projects.
