In Gitlab.com for Basic Search, Issues and MRs should be removed or greyed out if when group is set to "any".

Problem

When Users choose "any" group on Gitlab.com They are routed to Basic Search. Basic Search in GitLab Includes Issues and MRs However, These will give a 500 error frequently if not every time.

Proposal

Disable, remove, or Grey out, Issues and MRs in Baisc Search when the group is set to "any".

Alternately, we could consider timing out and scoped request in Basic Search with the Message where results would normally show. This would be more accurate than a 500 error.
