Use X-Gitlab-Correlation-Id header name for external PVS
As a follow-up to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/326248, we should change the header name being sent to the external PVS from X-Request-ID to X-Gitlab-Correlation-Id.
