[DevOps Adoption] Add Vulnerability Management to the adoption table (BE)

Overview

Customers are interested in seeing if teams in their organization are performing security tests on their code. In customer interviews so far, vulnerability management is one of the top requested features, especially from Ultimate customers.

Proposal

Add Vulnerability Management to the DevOps Adoption table. Count projects that have at least 1 Vulnerability where status != detected for given period.

How to measure

Security results for a project get sent to the Security Dashboard if they exist in master. If users have interacted with them in some way, such as adding a comment, dismissing them, or promoting to an issue, that is a good indication that vulnerabilities are being managed.
