Team Member name does not show in the Assignees dropdown

• In my repository lots team members, but I am not able to assign issues to my team member Because of All the member's name are does not show in the Assignee dropdown. (Even I tried his/her name search but it's not showing me in the list)

Workaround

use the assignee quick action by typing /assign @username in a comment and submitting it.
