  I can't see any other references in the app to this path, searching for /suggests or user_suggests (which I think is the path name of this route).

  I wonder if it's possible to revert this commit b2277c71 now?

  It looks like the MR that added it !19303 (merged) was specifically addressing the issue #32458 (closed) that we're addressing here too, so it appears like we could.
