Feedback for DAG view (`needs:` job dependencies) in the pipeline graph

In &4509 (closed) we're working on surfacing helpful DAG insights (job dependencies) in the pipeline graph.

This issue is to capture the feedback from GitLab users. The Verify:Pipeline Authoring team will also be running a more formal usability testing to gather further insights around the feature.

Hypothesis:

The job dependencies pipeline view will help customers to better understand the relationships between dependent jobs when using needs:relationship between jobs.

Goals:

Gather user feedback on the job dependencies view.
