Kubernetes 1.16 integration unable to install/uninstall charts

Summary

After upgrade to Kubernetes 1.16 its not possible to unistall existing charts installed by Gitlab Kubernetes cluster integration.

Steps to reproduce

Add Kubernetes cluster to your group. Upgrade to Kubernetes 1.16 and try to install any aplication using Gitlab Kubernetes cluster integration.

What is the current bug behavior?

Uninstallation pod fails. Installation pod fails aswell.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Uninstalation pod successeds.
