Design - Add pipeline mini graph and a "View pipeline" button to the Pipeline Editor pipeline status section
Problem
Current pipeline status indicator doesn't quite give you enough information about the status of your jobs or how the pipeline is doing. All you know is if the pipeline as a whole is running, failed or passed. What you really want to know once you commit the configuration is how the pipeline is progressing.
This current implementation is a great MVC, but we should build upon it to reduce context switching for the Pipeline Editor users and make it easier to jump back-and-forth between the job logs, the pipeline page and the editor.

Proposal
- Add the mini pipeline graph to the status section, just the way it is in MRs.
- Add a "View pipeline" button which is an easy to see CTA to view this pipeline (the pipeline number link isn't easily discoverable).

MVC
As an MVC we can start with adding the "View pipeline" button as it's the easiest step.
