Problem to solve

Keyboard shortcuts are a swift way to move around GitLab. Although many exist, they are often not presented alongside the function they are tied to. So if you don't view the keyboard shortcuts then you will not know of these shortcuts.

Proposal

Surface the keyboard shortcuts by displaying them near the corresponding action either in-line or in a tooltip. Below is an example of how this could be done

When applications have keyboard shortcuts, it is common to find them in menus associated with their corresponding action.
