Field "empty_repo" is missing from Projects API documentation.

Problem to solve

The Projects documentation is missing documentation of the boolean field "empty_repo." I can see this field included in the actual response, but it is not documented. https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/api/projects.html

Proposal

Include "empty_repo" as a boolean field under each project.
