Problem to solve

As an organization that makes use of webhooks for various tasks related to our GitLab.com group, I want project webhook events, so I can automate various tasks when a new project is created in our Group.

User experience goal

The user should be able to add a webhook for project creation events in a group/subgroup.

Proposal

Add a 'projects' event that triggers the configured webhook URL when a new project is created within a group or subgroup.

Permissions and Security

• Add expected impact to Owner (50) members
