馃帹 Design: Reorganize scanner & site profile library

Proposal

  • Move Site profiles and Scanner profiles tabs to DAST settings area under Configuration (and create new Scan configuration tab)
  • Move Saved scans out of Configuration; should be the landing page for On demand scans
    • Eventually we can add a tab for Active scans which should then be the landing page (see proposed design)
