  it seems a bit strange to use a button for this purpose, given that it's always disabled. At the least, it isn't ideal from an accessibility point of view. My feeling is that GlBadge might be the best choice.

This issue is to discuss the "comment number indicator" on the commit page, and what component we should be using here.
