Problem to solve

Created on behalf of an Ultimate customer as per ZD (internal use only)

Repository mirroring allows a user to mirror a repository from GitHub to GitLab.

It would be great if GitLab was also able to mirror releases from GitHub into GitLab.

While this can be achieved via CI/CD, it would be great if the feature was built in.
