REST API to enable / disable cluster integration

Problem to solve

When user installs prometheus or elastic stack in a certificate-based cluster using a cluster management project, they must currently enable the corresponding integration manually.

Proposal

Add a REST API to enable/disable

  • prometheus cluster integration
  • elastic stack cluster integration

The API should be accessible using the CI/CD job token of a user that can manage clusters.
