Geo: Not all projects getting synched

In the Geo Node status screen, customer is seeing:

Health Status: Healthy
Repositories synced: 1204/2145 (56.13%)
Repositories failed: 4
LFS objects synced: 0/1 (0.00%)
Attachments synced: 127/127 (100.00%)

I think we should arrange a screenshare with them to investigate what's going on with the projects (and the 1 LFS object).
