[DevOps Adoption] Add DevSecOps tabs to table

Problem

• We need to add more features to DevOps adoption table

Proposal

• Add DevSecOps tabs to table to allow for more space
• Do this for both instance and group level (on instance level we'll display the DevOps Score at the end)
